To secure a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance is due upon arrival in Morocco or 30 days prior to the start date for larger groups. All bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Over 30 days: Full refund (minus fees). 15-30 days: 50% deposit refund. Less than 15 days: Non-refundable.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory. We are not responsible for costs incurred due to flight delays, medical emergencies, or unforeseen personal circumstances.
Direct Morocco Tours accepts no liability for loss of property, personal injury, or itinerary changes caused by weather, road conditions, or local authorities.
We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to force majeure. We endeavor to provide comparable alternatives for all specific activities or accommodations.
Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Marrakech.
